Mentoring Metamorphoses

Growing and Flourishing in an Era of Change

As the world continues to evolve at an unprecedented pace, mentorship is more important than ever—but it, too, must transform. How can mentoring relationships not only withstand change but also thrive within it? How can mentors and mentees cultivate growth, resilience, well-being and innovation? The conference delves into the metamorphosis of mentoring, exploring how mentorship can adapt, sustain, and flourish in an era of disruption and opportunity across professions.
